| How long will my consultation take? | The length of the meeting depends upon the complexity of your design. Generally the consultation, design and quote process can be accomplished in one to two hours. |

| Is there a charge for the design? | A&C offers one to two hours of free consultation. As part of your consultation, we will prepare a design for you. You will be shown the design and perspective drawings and presented with a written quote. However the layout and perspectives will not be released, without a non-refundable retainer, which will then be put towards the purchase of your kitchen. |

| Is stock a lower grade of cabinetry than special order? |
Not necessarily. At A&C, stock means the product is in our warehouse, available for immediate pickup or next day delivery (in most cases). |

| How do I pay? / Do you take credit cards? | We do not accept credit cards. A&C requires a 50% deposit on all special order merchandise, at time of order. For the initial payment we accept personal checks. However, for final payment at time of delivery, we accept only cash, certified check or money order. As an alternative, if you pay in full when placing your order, you will receive a 2% discount. |

| How long will it take for my cabinets to come in after I place my order? |
Excluding stock, depending on your selection, it will take between 4 to 12 weeks for your cabinetry to arrive at A&C. Once we receive your cabinetry, we will call you to arrange for pick up or home delivery of your cabinets. |

| Is there a delivery fee? | There is free first floor delivery for all orders of $1500.00 and over, that are within a 30 mile radius of A&C. Any orders less that $1500.00 can be delivered for a small fee or picked up at our warehouse. For the deliveries outside of our normal delivery radius, there is a nominal fee for extended services that is graduated according to distance. |
