  • How Long Will My Cabinetry Design Consultation Take?

    The length of the meeting depends upon the complexity of your design. Generally, the consultation, design, and quote process can be accomplished in one to two hours.

  • Is There a Charge for the Cabinetry Design?

    A & C offers one to two hours of free consultation. As part of your consultation, we will prepare a design for you. You will be shown the design and perspective drawings and presented with a written quote. However, the layout and perspectives will not be released without a non-refundable retainer, which will then be put towards the purchase of your kitchen.

  • Will A & C Install the Cabinets I Purchase?

    A & C does not install cabinetry. We have a vast contractor base that we work with. If you do not have an installer yet, your salesperson will be able to suggest a reliable contractor in your area.

  • How Do I Pay for My Cabinets? / Do You Take Credit Cards?

    We accept credit cards. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and  Discover. A & C requires a 50% deposit on all special order merchandise at the time of order. For the initial payment, we accept personal checks, cash, or credit cards. However, for final payment at the time of delivery, we accept only cash, certified checks, or money orders. If you want to pay your final balance with a credit card, we request that you do this at the time you schedule your delivery. As an alternative, if you pay in full with cash or check when placing your order, you will receive a 2% discount.

  • How Long Will It Take for My Cabinets to Come In After I Place My Order?

    Depending on your selection, it will take from 2 to 10 weeks for your cabinetry to arrive at A & C. Once we receive your cabinetry, we will call you to arrange for pick up or home delivery of your cabinets.

  • Is There a Delivery Fee for My Cabinets?

    There is free curbside delivery for all orders of $3500.00 and over that are within a 20-mile radius of A & C. Any orders less than $3500.00 can be delivered for a small fee or picked up at our warehouse. In many instances, your order can be delivered into your home for a small fee. Ask your designer for details. For deliveries outside of our normal delivery radius, there is a nominal fee for extended services that is graduated according to distance. All deliveries are made by A & C employees in our own trucks.
